Alumni often ask, “What does the Alumni Association do?” The simple, straightforward answer is—The Lamar Institute of Technology Alumni Association (LITAA) serves as a diverse constituency of LIT graduates and friends who work to improve the educational experience at LIT, enjoy networking with their fellow graduates, and stay connected through a variety of alumni programs.

In the near future, members will have numerous opportunities for involvement at LIT by assisting us with the recruitment of high quality students, promotion of pride in the Institute, planning of reunions and other social events, and by serving on the Alumni Association Advisory Board of Directors. We are also working with community organizations to offer other programs and services. You can assist us in meeting this challenge by joining the LITAA and by becoming and staying connected.

Membership is free for one year after graduation to all new graduates; other membership levels are being developed and brochures will be available. If you are an alumnus and are interested in joining, please fill out the application and mail it to the address below.
